RETURN POLICY

Can I return my order?


Yes, this is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items ordered, you have the option of returning them within 30 days of receipt. For the return to be accepted, the order must meet all of the following conditions:

The order still contains all the appropriate parts and components, and the packaging is exactly as it was when the product was received.

Only normal use of the product is evident. Damage resulting from negligent use is excluded.

Products for which hygiene is important have been properly cleaned before initiating the returns process.

The product defect was identified immediately upon receipt.

We reserve the right to charge the customer for the return shipping costs.

The return will be processed within 7 working days. If the conditions are met, it will be officially acknowledged within this period.

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own.


HOW TO RETURN YOUR ORDER

Please ensure the email includes: order number, reason for the return request, photo of the product in the event of damage, customer's full name, and customer's address.

We will get in touch and provide you with the correct return address. Do not send the product back to the sender — please wait to receive the return address we will provide you with.

Shipping

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs of sending the product back to our central warehouse in Asia.

NEVER send the return to the sender — always wait for the return address we will provide you with.


A. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL


The consumer has the right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, provided they are a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity.

A.1 Cancellation period

As we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. For this reason, it is not possible to interrupt the shipping process prior to delivery. A refund after receipt of the products is not possible without the products being returned.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Grace Savannah) by means of a clear statement (for example, by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Withdrawal is completed upon our receipt of the products. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

 

A.2 Orders in transit


As our products are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur which are beyond our control. If the products are already on their way, it is not possible to cancel the order. Please wait to receive them and then return them. You may notify us of your cancellation in advance.

To ensure the return is processed as quickly as possible, we kindly ask you to send us proof of postage once you have returned the product.

 

A.3 Consequences of withdrawal

What we refund

  • All payments received

  • Except any additional delivery costs

  • Refund within a maximum of 14 days

  • Using the same payment method used

 

What we do NOT refund

  • Return shipping costs

  • Additional delivery costs (resulting from choosing a more expensive method)

  • Damage caused by misuse

The refund is processed upon receipt and verification of the products.

 

ALL RETURNS WILL BE SENT TO OUR CENTRAL WAREHOUSE IN ASIA AT THE CUSTOMER'S EXPENSE.
