Can I return my order? |
Yes, this is possible. If you are not satisfied with the items ordered, you have the option of returning them within 30 days of receipt. For the return to be accepted, the order must meet all of the following conditions:

The order still contains all the appropriate parts and components, and the packaging is exactly as it was when the product was received. |

Only normal use of the product is evident. Damage resulting from negligent use is excluded. |

3 |
Products for which hygiene is important have been properly cleaned before initiating the returns process. |

The product defect was identified immediately upon receipt. |

5 |
We reserve the right to charge the customer for the return shipping costs. |

6 |
The return will be processed within 7 working days. If the conditions are met, it will be officially acknowledged within this period. |

We reserve the right to refuse returned items if we suspect they have been used or damaged through no fault of our own. |

The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs of sending the product back to our central warehouse in Asia. |

A. CANCELLATION CONDITIONS — RIGHT OF WITHDRAWAL |
The consumer has the right of withdrawal in accordance with the following provisions, provided they are a natural person entering into a legal transaction for purposes that are not predominantly related to their commercial or professional activity.

As we operate a fully automated system, orders are processed immediately after being placed. For this reason, it is not possible to interrupt the shipping process prior to delivery. A refund after receipt of the products is not possible without the products being returned.
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us (Grace Savannah) by means of a clear statement (for example, by email) of your decision to withdraw from this contract. Withdrawal is completed upon our receipt of the products. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.

A.2 Orders in transit |
As our products are shipped from Asia, longer transit times may occur which are beyond our control. If the products are already on their way, it is not possible to cancel the order. Please wait to receive them and then return them. You may notify us of your cancellation in advance.

To ensure the return is processed as quickly as possible, we kindly ask you to send us proof of postage once you have returned the product. |
